What is home staging?

Defined as the activity or practice of styling and furnishing a property for sale in such a way as to enhance its attractiveness to potential buyers.

why staging matters

Buyers don’t just look at homes, they experience them. A well staged home should feel lived-in, loved, and ready for its next chapter.

We believe in styling spaces that feel approachable and styled with intention. Through the staging process I incorporate flow to help buyers appreciate the functionality and make the best first impression.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management and love helping sellers and realtors  feel confident and supported as they prepare their homes for the market. My approach is calm, intentional, and tailored to each home.
